Every Song Siren creation is made specifically for one customer using the personal story, memories, preferences, and details provided for that order.

Because our finished songs and related creative materials are personalized digital products and services created specifically for you and cannot be returned or resold, Song Siren purchases are final and non-refundable once production begins, except where required by applicable law or where Song Siren is unable to fulfill the order.

Free Personalized Lyrics

Song Siren allows you to receive personalized lyrics before purchasing a finished song.

You may submit your story through our Tell the Siren Your Story questionnaire and receive personalized lyrics at no charge and with no purchase required.

This gives you the opportunity to experience how your story has been transformed into lyrics before deciding whether you would like Song Siren to create the finished song.

The free-lyrics service does not include unlimited revision rounds or custom rewrites. If you decide to purchase your song, you will have an opportunity to request necessary corrections to your lyrics before music production begins.

When Your Purchase Becomes Non-Refundable

After you purchase your personalized song, you will be asked to complete your Final Details and confirm your lyrics for production.

Once you submit your Final Details and Song Siren begins personalized production work on your order, your purchase becomes non-refundable.

This may include work such as:

• Preparing your approved lyrics for music production
• Creating your personalized song
• Creating custom song artwork
• Creating purchased lyric artwork or other keepsakes
• Creating a second musical version if purchased
• Preparing your Song Siren Reveal Page
• Processing Rush Delivery

Because this work is custom-created specifically from your story, it cannot be reused or resold to another customer.

Before purchasing, please review your song and any optional extras you select, including:

Please also review your Final Details carefully before submitting them for production.

Lyric Corrections Before Music Production

If you purchase your song, you will have an opportunity to review your personalized lyrics before music production begins.

If the lyrics are correct, you can approve them for production.

If something needs to be corrected, you may request necessary changes to details such as:

• Names and nicknames
• Dates
• Locations
• Facts and memories
• Pronunciations
• Personal messages
• Wording that inaccurately reflects the information you provided

Song Siren will review and make appropriate corrections before the song is created.

This correction process is intended to make sure your lyrics accurately reflect your story. It is not intended to provide unlimited creative rewriting or repeated stylistic revisions.

Once you approve your lyrics and music production begins, additional lyric changes may require new production work and may be subject to an additional fee.

Musical Style and Creative Interpretation

Music is creative by nature, and individual tastes are subjective.

We use the musical style, mood, vocal preferences, story details, and other information you provide to guide the creation of your personalized song.

While we work carefully to create a song that reflects your story and preferences, purchasing a Song Siren song does not guarantee that every artistic choice, melody, vocal quality, arrangement, instrumentation, or production element will match your personal expectations exactly.

Differences in artistic preference are not grounds for a refund.

If you purchase a Second Complete Musical Version, you will receive an additional musical interpretation of your approved lyrics. This does not make either version refundable based on artistic preference.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Song Siren delivery is up to 3 days after your Final Details are submitted and your lyrics are ready for production.

Optional Rush Delivery may be available:

• 48-Hour Rush Delivery
• 24-Hour Rush Delivery

Rush delivery time begins when your Final Details have been submitted and your lyrics are ready for production.

Delays caused by missing information, customer-requested corrections, unavailable photographs, unclear instructions, or other information we are waiting to receive from you may extend the overall completion time.

Rush Delivery

Rush Delivery fees reserve priority production time and are non-refundable once the order has been accepted for rush production.

If Song Siren is unable to provide the Rush Delivery service you purchased for reasons within our control, we will contact you and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include refunding the Rush Delivery fee.

Personalized Photo Cover Art and Customer-Provided Materials

If you purchase Personalized Photo Cover Art, you are responsible for providing a usable photograph that you have the right or permission to use.

Song Siren is not responsible for problems caused by photographs that are extremely low resolution, heavily cropped, damaged, or otherwise unsuitable for the requested artwork.

Customers are also responsible for providing accurate story information, names, spellings, dates, locations, pronunciations, memories, and other personal details.

Song Siren is not responsible for inaccuracies that result from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Frameable Lyric Art

Frameable Lyric Art is created from the approved lyrics associated with your finished Song Siren song.

Once custom lyric artwork has been created, it is a personalized digital product and is non-refundable except where required by law or where Song Siren is unable to provide the purchased item.

Digital Files and Downloads

Song Siren products are delivered digitally.

Because digital personalized products cannot be physically returned, downloading, accessing, or receiving your completed personalized files does not create a right to return them for a refund.

Technical Problems With Delivered Files

If you receive a file that is corrupted, inaccessible, incomplete, or otherwise technically defective, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to replace or correct the affected file.

A technical file problem does not require you to repurchase your song and is not treated as a request for a new artistic version of the song.

If Song Siren Cannot Fulfill Your Order

If Song Siren is unable to complete your order for reasons within our control, we will contact you and determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, this may include:

• Correcting or replacing the affected item
• Refunding an affected add-on or service
• Refunding the order if Song Siren is unable to fulfill it

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Cancellations

Because Song Siren creates personalized digital products, cancellation requests must be made before personalized production begins.

If you contact us before production has started, we may be able to cancel the order.

Once production has begun, the order is considered custom work in progress and cannot be canceled or refunded except where required by law or where Song Siren is unable to fulfill the order.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is a problem with your order or payment, please contact Song Siren first so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
