Welcome to Song Siren. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of personalized lyrics, personalized songs, digital products, and related services provided through SongSirenMusic.com (“Song Siren,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By submitting a questionnaire, purchasing a Song Siren product, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Service

Song Siren creates personalized lyrics and original songs inspired by the stories, memories, names, relationships, places, sayings, experiences, and other information provided by our customers.

You may submit your story and receive personalized lyrics free of charge, with no purchase required.

If you choose to have those lyrics transformed into a finished song, you may purchase a Personalized Song and select any available optional extras.

Each Song Siren creation is a custom creative work.

The final musical interpretation—including melody, arrangement, instrumentation, vocal style, pacing, and overall artistic presentation—is created based on the information and preferences you provide.

Because music is subjective, your finished song may not sound exactly as you imagined it. We make every reasonable effort to honor your requested style, mood, story, and musical preferences while creating a cohesive finished song.

2. Free Personalized Lyrics

Song Siren offers personalized lyrics before you are asked to purchase a finished song.

You provide your story through our Tell the Siren Your Story questionnaire, and Song Siren uses the information you submit to create personalized lyrics.

There is no purchase required to receive your initial personalized lyrics.

Your free personalized lyrics are intended to give you an opportunity to experience how your story can become a song before deciding whether you would like us to create the finished music.

Free personalized lyrics do not include unlimited revisions, rewrites, or alternative versions.

If you decide to purchase your song, you will have an opportunity to request necessary corrections before music production begins.

3. Personalized Song

If you choose to continue after receiving your personalized lyrics, you may purchase a full-length Personalized Song.

The Personalized Song includes:

• A full-length personalized original song
• MP3 delivery
• Custom digital song artwork inspired by the song
• A private, shareable Song Siren Reveal Page
• The opportunity to request necessary lyric corrections before music production begins

The current price and included features displayed on the website at the time of purchase govern your order.

Song Siren may offer introductory or promotional pricing from time to time.

4. Optional Extras

Song Siren may offer optional extras, including:

• Personalized Photo Cover Art
• Frameable Lyric Art
• A Second Complete Musical Version
• High-Quality WAV file
• 48-Hour Rush Delivery
• 24-Hour Rush Delivery

Prices and availability of optional extras are those displayed at the time of purchase.

Optional extras are personalized digital products or services associated with your Song Siren order and are subject to these Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. When Your Delivery Period Begins

Standard delivery is normally up to 3 days after your Final Details are submitted and your lyrics are ready for production.

Your delivery period does not begin when you first submit your free-lyrics questionnaire or receive your free personalized lyrics.

After purchasing your song, you will be asked to provide your Final Details and either approve your lyrics or request necessary corrections.

The production timeframe begins once Song Siren has received the information and approvals reasonably necessary to begin production.

Customer delays in providing Final Details, approving or correcting lyrics, submitting photographs, answering questions, or providing other necessary materials may extend the completion time.

Delivery times are estimates unless Song Siren expressly agrees otherwise.

6. Your Story and Questionnaire

The quality and specificity of your personalized lyrics and finished song depend substantially on the information you provide.

You are responsible for reviewing your questionnaire carefully and providing accurate names, spellings, pronunciations, relationships, dates, memories, places, messages, and other important details.

Song Siren is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

You may leave optional questions unanswered. However, the more meaningful detail you provide, the more specifically your lyrics can reflect your story.

7. Customer-Provided Content

By submitting names, stories, photographs, written material, recordings, or other content to Song Siren, you represent that you have the right or appropriate permission to provide that material for use in creating your personalized products.

You grant Song Siren permission to use the materials you submit solely as reasonably necessary to create, revise, produce, deliver, and support your personalized lyrics, song, artwork, Reveal Page, and related products or services.

You agree not to knowingly submit material that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.

8. Lyrics and Corrections

Song Siren develops personalized lyrics based on the information you provide in your questionnaire.

Your initial personalized lyrics are provided free of charge.

If you purchase the finished song, you will have an opportunity before music production begins to confirm that your lyrics are ready or request necessary corrections.

Corrections may include issues involving:

• Names or nicknames
• Pronunciations
• Dates or locations
• Facts or memories
• Relationships
• Personal messages
• Wording that inaccurately represents information you provided

The correction process is intended to ensure that your lyrics accurately reflect your story. It does not provide unlimited creative rewriting or repeated alternative versions.

Once you approve your lyrics and music production begins, significant lyric changes may require additional production work and may incur an additional charge.

Approval means you have reviewed and accepted the names, facts, story elements, wording, and overall content of your lyrics for production.

9. Creative and AI-Assisted Production

Song Siren combines human storytelling, creative direction, editing, selection, quality review, and production decisions with digital and artificial-intelligence-assisted creative tools.

Your personalized lyrics, music, vocals, artwork, or other creative materials may therefore contain elements created or produced using artificial-intelligence-assisted technology.

By using Song Siren and purchasing personalized products, you acknowledge and consent to the use of AI-assisted technology as part of the creative production process.

Song Siren uses production tools and services that we understand to permit the commercial use necessary to provide our services.

Because laws concerning artificial-intelligence-generated works continue to develop and vary by jurisdiction, Song Siren does not guarantee that every element of a finished song, artwork, or other AI-assisted creation is eligible for copyright registration or protection in every country or jurisdiction.

10. Your Right to Use Your Song

When your order has been paid in full, Song Siren grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license for personal and non-commercial use of your delivered personalized song and accompanying Song Siren-created artwork and keepsake materials.

You may, for example:

• Listen to and enjoy your song indefinitely
• Share it with family and friends
• Post it on your personal social-media accounts
• Include it in personal videos and slideshows
• Play it at weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, memorials, family gatherings, celebrations, and other personal events
• Make reasonable copies for your own personal use
• Print purchased Frameable Lyric Art for your own personal display or as a personal gift

No ongoing royalty or licensing fee is owed to Song Siren for these permitted personal uses.

11. Commercial Use and Distribution

Your standard Song Siren purchase does not include commercial exploitation rights.

Unless Song Siren provides separate written authorization, you may not:

• Sell or resell the song
• License it to another person or business
• Commercially monetize the recording
• Distribute it commercially through Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, or similar music services
• Register the recording with a digital music distributor
• Enroll it in YouTube Content ID or a similar rights-management system
• Use it in paid advertising or commercial productions
• Represent yourself as the sole creator or producer of the recording
• Otherwise commercially exploit the song or related Song Siren-created materials

If you would like commercial rights to a Song Siren creation, please contact us. Commercial licensing may be available separately depending on the intended use.

12. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Song Siren retains all rights it legally holds in its creative contributions, production materials, branding, artwork, arrangement choices, recordings, website content, and other materials associated with the service, except for rights expressly licensed to you under these Terms.

You retain ownership of original material that you personally created and provided to Song Siren, such as your own photographs, original written passages, or other protectable material.

Song Siren does not claim ownership of the underlying facts of your life, your memories, names, relationships, or personal story.

Because some elements of Song Siren creations may be produced using AI-assisted technology, the copyright status of particular elements may vary depending upon applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms represents a guarantee that a particular song, recording, artwork, lyric, or other element is eligible for copyright registration.

13. Similarity and Musical Uniqueness

Every Song Siren song is created specifically from the customer’s story and creative preferences.

However, musical genres naturally share characteristics such as chord progressions, rhythms, instrumentation, structures, melodic conventions, and production styles.

AI-assisted systems may also generate similar musical or creative elements for different users.

Song Siren therefore cannot guarantee that every musical element, melody, arrangement, image element, or production characteristic will be completely unique or that no other creation will ever contain similar characteristics.

Your personal story, personalized lyrics, and specific combination of meaningful details are what make your Song Siren creation personal to you.

14. Second Complete Musical Version

If you purchase a Second Complete Musical Version, Song Siren will create an additional musical interpretation of your approved lyrics.

The second version may differ in melody, arrangement, instrumentation, vocal treatment, pacing, style, mood, or other musical characteristics.

Both completed versions are provided for your personal, non-commercial use under the license described in these Terms.

The purchase of a second musical version does not provide unlimited additional versions or revisions.

15. Rush Delivery

When available, Song Siren may offer 48-Hour or 24-Hour Rush Delivery for an additional fee.

Rush delivery begins after your Final Details have been submitted and your lyrics and required materials are ready for production.

Rush fees reserve priority production time and become non-refundable once your order has been accepted for rush production.

Customer delays in providing corrections, photographs, answers, approvals, or other necessary materials may affect the completion time.

If Song Siren is unable to provide the purchased Rush Delivery service for reasons within our control, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may include refunding the Rush Delivery fee.

16. Personalized Photo Cover Art

If you purchase Personalized Photo Cover Art, you are responsible for providing a photograph you have the right or appropriate permission to use.

Song Siren will use the photograph to create personalized artwork associated with your song.

The appearance of personalized artwork may involve artistic interpretation and may not reproduce every element of the original photograph exactly.

Extremely low-resolution, damaged, heavily cropped, or otherwise unsuitable photographs may limit the quality or type of artwork we can create.

17. Frameable Lyric Art

If you purchase Frameable Lyric Art, Song Siren will create a digital visual keepsake based on your approved song lyrics.

The design, imagery, typography, composition, and artistic presentation may vary according to the story and song.

Frameable Lyric Art is provided as a digital product for personal printing, display, and gifting.

18. Personalized Products and Refunds

Song Siren songs, artwork, keepsakes, and related products are personalized digital creations made specifically for each customer.

Because creative and production work is performed specifically for your order, purchases become non-refundable once personalized production begins, except where required by applicable law or where Song Siren is unable to fulfill the order.

Subjective preferences regarding melody, voice, arrangement, instrumentation, artwork, or other artistic interpretation do not by themselves constitute grounds for a refund.

The Refund & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

19. Technical Problems

If a delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible, or otherwise technically defective, please contact Song Siren.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct or replace defective digital files at no additional charge.

A technical problem does not include dissatisfaction based solely on artistic preference.

20. Digital Delivery and File Retention

Song Siren products are delivered digitally.

Customers are responsible for downloading and safely storing their completed files after delivery.

Song Siren may retain customer files, Reveal Pages, and project materials following completion of an order, but we do not guarantee indefinite storage or permanent availability.

We strongly recommend downloading and backing up your finished song and purchased digital materials after delivery.

21. Private Lyrics and Reveal Pages

Song Siren may provide private links that allow customers to view personalized lyrics, complete a purchase, provide Final Details, or access a finished Song Siren Reveal Page.

These links are intended to be private and difficult to guess, but anyone who receives the link may potentially be able to access the associated content.

You are responsible for sharing private Song Siren links only with people you trust.

Song Siren does not guarantee that a person with whom you share a private link will keep that link confidential.

22. Gifts and Gift Recipients

Song Siren songs may be created and purchased as gifts.

Where Song Siren provides a shareable Reveal Page or other recipient-access feature, the purchaser is responsible for sharing that access with the intended recipient and any appropriate friends or family members.

Gift recipients do not automatically acquire additional ownership or commercial-use rights beyond the license granted with the original purchase.

23. Permission to Feature Your Song

Purchasing a Song Siren song does not automatically give Song Siren permission to publicly share your private story, photographs, personalized lyrics, finished song, Reveal Page, or other private customer materials for marketing purposes.

Where we would like to feature a customer’s song, testimonial, photograph, reaction video, Reveal, or story publicly, we will rely on permission provided by the customer or obtain appropriate permission.

Submitting a public customer review does not by itself give Song Siren permission to publicly share your private song, photographs, story, or Reveal.

24. Customer Reviews

Song Siren may invite customers to leave reviews through SongSirenMusic.com or a third-party review service such as CusRev.

Reviews voluntarily submitted for public display may appear on Song Siren’s website or other locations associated with the review service.

Please do not include information in a public review that you do not want others to see.

Reviews should reflect your genuine experience with Song Siren.

25. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Song Siren or its products to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate another person deceptively, harass or defame others, or create or distribute unlawful material.

Song Siren reserves the right to decline or cancel a project containing material that we reasonably determine cannot or should not be produced.

If an order is declined, any refund or other resolution will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

26. Song Siren Branding

The Song Siren name, logo, Siren/mermaid artwork, website design, slogans, graphics, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Song Siren and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

Purchase of a personalized song does not grant rights to use the Song Siren brand or logo except as they may appear incidentally on materials delivered with your order.

27. Third-Party Services

Song Siren may use third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, payment processors, artificial-intelligence tools, email services, review services, and other technology to operate our business and create or deliver customer products.

Use of those services may be subject to the providers’ own terms and policies.

Temporary interruption or unavailability of a third-party service may occasionally delay production or delivery. Song Siren will make reasonable efforts to minimize such delays.

28. No Guarantee of Specific Emotional or Commercial Results

We hope your Song Siren creation becomes something deeply meaningful to you and the people you love.

However, Song Siren cannot guarantee any particular emotional reaction, recipient response, social-media response, commercial outcome, audience response, or other subjective result.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Song Siren will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our services or digital products.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Song Siren’s total liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid to Song Siren for that order.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

30. Privacy

Your use of Song Siren is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms.

31. Changes to These Terms

Song Siren may update these Terms from time to time as our services, technology, pricing, products, or legal requirements change.

The Terms in effect when you purchase your song will generally govern that purchase unless a change is required by applicable law.

The current version will display its most recent revision date.
